Sunny’s Self-Care Tips:
Listening to music soothes the soul, but it can also ignite creativity. Sunny loves to listen to music in the car, in the shower, while he’s working, and when he wants to wind down. It’s an all-purpose way to care for and about yourself. Make playlists for your different moods. Some of the music that is on Sunny’s playlists are show tunes, current pop music, and 90’s pop which is Sunny’s favorite.
Shout Out To A Follower:
Sunny wants to give a shout-out to fan @moon.s._.lixy. He loves your bunny pics. Sunny says thanks for being a follower (and post more cute bunny pics!).

Inside Scoop
So let’s talk about having a bad day. Sunny has bad days. It can seem like nothing goes his way and he might just want to crawl back in bed. Which is what Sunny would probably do if given the chance. Cause’ well, he’s apathetic. But you don’t have to be. If you are already through half your day, pat yourself on your back. You’re dealing and you’re still standing or leaning (Which is what Sunny would do.)
Maybe it’s a sign you should take a break and let your inner introvert recharge. Which hey, might mean you do go back to bed for a little nap. Sometimes having permission to do just that keeps it from being a habit.
We all know the saying, “This too shall pass”, but it’s okay to still want it to pass faster.
Claire’s Corner
As the time gets closer for Sunny’s and my trip to Tokyo I want to talk to you about how being and introvert and going so far out of my comfort zone on my first trip to Japan, when I was only 19, ended up being the scariest and one of the best things to happen in my life.
One of the things I gained by putting myself out there were new friends from all over the world. We all had to risk rejection because not everybody is going to want to be your friend, but a lot of people will. You just gotta go for it and hope that there’s nothing in your teeth when you say “Hi”.
I also gained a new broader sense of adventure. There were so many new foods and people and places that you couldn’t help but try new things. And when you take the adventurous route you will find out a lot about yourself. (I found out I don’t like wasabi.)
I gained greater confidence in my ability to not only survive but thrive, in a completely new environment and culture. (As long as I read the train schedules correctly.) And that gave me a greater sense of independence.
So if you’re wondering if you should take that trip, change your job, or take that class, go for it. You will find out about yourself you never know.
